The event kicks off with an introduction to distilling from our master distilling team, where you’ll learn about the history and techniques that have shaped the craft. You and your team will then dive into a hands-on distilling session.
Working alongside seasoned professionals to create your own unique spirit, you will then be able to bottle your spirit and label it using your own personal label. The day concludes with an exquisite dinner at The Urban Stillhouse, feaurting craft cocktails using the spirits you created that day. This will truy be a memorable experience from start to finish!
Your private day of distillation takes place at our distillery located at The Urban Stillhouse.
It begins with an informative session that delves into the rich history and intricate science of distillation before moving into a hands-on day of creating and bottling your own spirit.
The centerpiece of the day is the hands-on distilling experience, where you’ll get to apply the knowledge gained in the first session. Throughout the afternoon, you’ll work closely with our master distillers to develop a mash, analyze the ferment, and distill your own batch of spirits.
This interactive session covers the entire process, from operating the still to collecting the distillate. Participants will also gain insights into the aging process, learning how different barrels and techniques influence the final product. At the end of the session, you’ll have the opportunity to bottle your creation, and hand label the product, as a keepsake of your distilling journey.
Dining Experience

Your dinner menu will be crafted to highlight the flavors of the spirits produced in our distillery, creating a symphony of tastes that complement the day’s experiences.
