Our food is a marriage of new and traditional American cuisine featuring elevated takes on classic staples. We update our menu seasonally to ensure quality and creativity and only use the freshest locally sourced meat, fish and produce. Our bourbon-inspired dishes are cooked to order on our wood-fired grill that uses wooden staves from our bourbon barrels to produce that exceptional open flame taste. Our Bars
Our two full-service, state-of-the-art bars feature creative and unique craft cocktails that rotate seasonally, our award-winning Horse Soldier Bourbon Old Fashioned, wine and local craft beer alongside a comprehensive bourbon selection. The 2nd floor bar features a vast brown spirits “library” proudly presenting over 350 spirits from around the world, some extremely rare!
